The project of a residential building and office space forsees a re-use of a building whose original function has completely lost its relevance over time. In the former cultural center it is planned to site separate apartments and offices compliant with modern requirements. Despite the introduction of the new features, the value of the existing architecture is not distorted - the project intends to highlight and complement the main architectural values of the building - rhythmic and linear integrity.The volume is supplemented only with functionally necessary elements and decorative fragments - maintaining its semantics without making the building inferior.
